Terms of Service — Sexpatible

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sexpatible ("the Service"), a dating platform operated by Drunken Yeti, Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. By accessing or using Sexpatible, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Sexpatible is a dating and relationship compatibility platform. It uses a psychology-based framework that includes sexual compatibility as one of several dimensions of partner matching. Sexpatible is not a pornographic or adult content site. It is a mainstream dating service built on the premise that sexual attraction and compatibility are healthy, normal components of romantic relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sexpatible. 3. Account Registration

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as profile information, quiz responses, and messages). By submitting content, you grant Drunken Yeti, Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You may request deletion of your content at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drunken Yeti, Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification
